This listing is purchased to receive a Gemstone Brief Report by AIGS laboratory in Bangkok for any gemstone in our shop. The AIGS is the Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences, a reputable third party lab for gemstone identification around the world. Some people incorrectly call these reports a “certificate” however, all reputable laboratories use the word “report”.
Here is how this works:
1) Buy this listing for the $75 service charge and message us about which gem you want tested.
2) We mail the gem you select to Bangkok AIGS.
3) AIGS mails the tested gem and the report card back to us.
4) We will message you about the report. Should the report come back the same identification as the gemstone listing then you may buy the gemstone with the confidence that it was tested by a reputable third party laboratory. Should the report come back with a different identification than the original listing then you will be refunded the $75.
5) After you buy the gemstone listing we will ship it to you along with the paid AIGS report.
6) In the case that you do not buy the gemstone but did pay for the positive identification report you will be emailed a copy of the report to complete this transaction.
Note: Should you want a lab report from LOTUS in Bangkok instead of AIGS we can also do that once we confirm the additional cost.
