This is an unheated Yellow Sapphire from Madagascar with VS eye clean clarity, an expertly faceted sparkling 5.5 x 5.5 x 3.9 mm round that weighs .95 carat. This fine gem has had no treatments and has a slight greenish secondary color.
Sapphire is the birthstone of September. It is a 9 on Moh’s hardness scale and is known to be tough and suitable for everyday wear in most designs.

Please note that we are happy to work with your personal stones but do not have any insurance to protect them. Consequently, the stones will be at your risk only. That said, it is not common that one breaks or is damaged in setting. I will provide the address along with special instructions on shipping your stones to us.
