This classic design is # 489 of our online style selection catalog. The main gem sits in a basket that has an open back for additional light entrance into the gemstone and is secured by four prongs for maximum visibility. The bail is rigid and has two bead set accent stones on the face.
Specifics:
This feature star cross spangled confetti Sunstone is a 10×8 cabochon weighing 3.14 carats and it has a clearly visible four ray floating star like a cross. This gem comes from India and has sparking inclusions that create the golden colored light phenomenon. This fine specimen has had no treatments.
The bright white/colorless accent are 3.7mm Topaz faceted rounds that are eye clean. These Topaz have not been treated either.
This style of pendant is a ladies design. It measures 20mm from top to bottom and will accommodate your chain up to a 3.0mm diameter.
We started this project by melting down fine silver and pure copper to create an ingot of 93% silver alloy. Consequently our alloys are a little on the rich side of .925 Sterling. Copper alone is the remaining 7%. We do not add base metal in our alloy so there is less chance for any allergic reaction.
